How are AXB sex dolls made?

- Mold Casting: At this stage we will degrade the material inside the mold, let it cool and expose the final product. For sex dolls, the material inside the mold is worse than the material containing the skeleton. This is why the joint thickness cannot be modified, everything is final. At this stage, waste and products may be discarded. That’s why the usual lead time for orders is 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes due to quality issues, we need to redo the casting again.
- Final Result And Cleaning: After the product is cast, it is cooled in a bucket of water. After it can be processed, the packaging department will apply protective powder on it, remove any mold lines that are still visible, and prepare the sex doll to your specifications.
